1. Drink at least 4 liters of water a day
2. Cut out all caloric drinks.
3. Don’t drink carbonated drinks -even diet drinks.
4. Don’t eat foods high in sugar or sodium.
5. Decrease my carbohydrate intake by 60%.
6. Eat 6 portions of fruits and vegetables everyday.
7. Still eat high protein foods such as legumes and beans.
8. Eat meals in decreasing order with 3 snacks.
9. 1.5-2 hours of rigorous exercise everyday.
10. Sleep 8-10 hours every day (8-10 PM to 6 am).
And the supplement is Applied Nutrition 14 day Acai Berry cleanse and 14 day Fat Burn Flush.
I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called. And I have read some pretty good reviews about it by the people who didn’t just take the pills, they had a healthy diet and exercise program.
I also don’t mind spending money on a supplement because they are selling it at CVS for 9 dollars and its 112ct.
