Supplements that are used for weight loss are commonly known as anorexiants. All of these supplements are considered to be potentially effective and safe when used correctly and properly.

To make weight loss supplements more effective, users usually associate it with a proper programs that include exercise, mental motivation and proper diet.

However, the long term efficiency of there supplements has not yet been established. Their efficiency can produce quick results but they can also diminish overtime.

3. Sympathomimetics supplements are usually known to be stress releasing agents.

They are non addictive and are proven to be safer compared to amphetamines that make your blood pressure rise. They can assure weight loss quickly. Other known Sympathomimetics supplements are phentermine, phendimetrazine, mazindol, and diethylpropion.

4. Amphetamines are more common in the past years.

Today, they are no longer prescribed for weight loss. They have side effects to elevate behavioral tendencies and may cause serious addiction and insomnia.

5. Accomplia is one of the latest diet supplement drug just released recently.

It can help an individual to quit smoking and reduce fat by prohibiting the circuitry of the brain that enables an individual to crave for food and other unhealthy habits.

6. The ,Naltrexone or Trexan can block the euphoria of drug dependent users.

It is also being experimented for those people who binge most of the time. The effects are really promising and it has no side effects for people who do not binge. It is only available through injection.

You can also find dietary teas and herbal supplements that may contain laxatives. However, they have side effects that can cause gastrointestinal problems. In cases where it is overused, it may lead to constipation, dehydration and even death.

People should take extra caution when they prefer using ,supplements for losing weight. It is advisable that you consult your physician before using any kind of weight loss supplements.

Regular physical exercise is an absolute must for a healthy metabolism. Here are some tips to help you develop an exercise program.

1. Make It Fun

If you like what you are doing, you have a better chance of sticking with it. Find a workout buddy and plan to exercise together. For example, you and your neighbours might enjoy taking brisk walks early in the morning or in the evening.

2. Stay Motivated

If you are goal-oriented, set realistic targets for your exercise – more laps, more lifts and keep track of how you are doing. Reward yourself when you reach your goal. Vary your routine to avoid boredom. Read exercise books or magazines for tips on getting the most out of your program and learning other exercise strategies.

3. Exercise Regularly

You need to commit to your exercise plan. Exercise at least three times a week throughout the year. Some people find it easier to exercise every day, so that it becomes a habit. With strength-training exercise, however, it is recommended taking a day off to allow your body to recover.

4. Recognize Exercise

You need to recognize the importance of physical exercise. Make regular exercise a top priority in your life.

5. Give Yourself Time To Exercise

To do you the most good, exercise must cause an increase in your heart rate and must be sustained for a minimum of twenty minutes. It is recommended that exercising in this way three times a week is usually enough to provide you with benefits. In fact, more frequent exercise of longer duration is even better. Aerobic exercise-movement that increases utilization of oxygen includes walking briskly, jogging, bicycling, cross-country skiing, swimming, aerobic dance, and racquet sports. Strength-training exercise, such as lifting weights, is just as critical to long-term weight control as aerobic exercise because it is able to build muscle mass.

6. Before Starting, Consult Your Physician

This is especially important if you are over forty years of age. Suddenly launching into vigorous exercise when you are not used to it can cause dangerous strain on your heart. Regardless of your age, before exercising see a physician if you are a smoker of if your have known heart disease, high blood pressure, or irregular heartbeat. Consult a doctor if you become breathless with moderate exertion or if you experience pain or pressure in your chest, arm, teeth, jaw, or neck during exercise.

7. Monitor Exercise Intensity

This is determined by measuring your heart rate (beats per minute). To check your pulse, put your index and middle fingers on the opposite wrist or on your neck just below the jaw. Count the number of beats in twenty seconds and multiply by three. This is your resting heart rate per minute. Your goal should be to increase your heart rate to within the appropriate training rate range for the duration of aerobic exercise (say twenty minutes). The training rate depends on your age. To determine your rate range, subtract your age from 185 to get the top of the range, and subtract another twenty to determine the bottom range. Thus a forty-year-old would have a target training heart rate of 125 to 145 beats per minute. Do not exceed the higher figure in this range.

Has anyone used these and how did they work for you? I love ephedra and am glad they have it back on the market but the best thing I had found (when it was legal) was the trichromoleane. They no longer make it anymore with the ephedra. I was hoping I would get the same results with the Green Stingers. Got any info or personal reviews?
If you are going to tell me “eat right and exercise” then keep it to yourself please. I already do that and don’t need the same speal repeated here. thanks

If you are overweight, forget about diets and dieting. Nowadays you have to think permanent weight control.

For men women and and children weight control is the name of the game and it’s all about health.

In an age when obese children often don’t live as long as their parents, there’s an urgent need to tip the scales and get healthy by losing weight.

Many people are fat because of a lazy lifestyle, junk food and eating the wrong foods. People get grossly obese and unfit. It’s a common nowadays to see people of all ages so fat they can hardly walk. Even our pets are having weight problems.

Governments are spending millions of dollars trying to persuade people to eat properly, lose weight and exercise. The cost of bad health caused by being overweight is a major political consideration. Being overweight is not just looking gross. It also means you are likely to have high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, severe back and leg pains or one or more of a host of other potentially killer ailments.

Losing weight means you not only look better but you will also feel better, be more active and live longer.

Weight loss calls for a permanent change of attitude towards eating and exercise. Short term diets will not solve the problem. It calls for a lifetime change in eating and living habits and a permanent watch on weight. You need to lose weight permanently.

You need to change what you eat for the rest of your life. It all needs careful thought and preparation and in most cases people will require help and guidance.

When you change your eating habits and start losing weight you will feel happier. Mentally you will gain strength of will and this will increase more and more. But remember this is a permanent, lifetime thing and you need to choose a system that you are really comfortable with.

You won’t necessarily lose lots of weight quickly but you will lose it - and forever - because you have changed your lifestyle.
